What is Iron Gate Therapy for Young Adults?

On your expedition to summit the peaks of adulthood, it is crucial that you are prepared with the right gear and supplies to make the journey. Our therapists will help your young adult find safety AND growth as they transition into adulthood. Our therapist will help your young adult strategize a plan and provide the right tools for the journey.

Our therapists are here to help your young adult discover insights, relieve the stress and pain, and set goals to move forward.

Once you’ve connected with your therapist, discovered the insights, and are prepared with the right tools for a successful journey, you can transition to a coach where you hit the trail! Together our therapists and coaches work hand-in-hand to ensure proper strategy and execution of your young adult’s journey into adulthood.

Have you ever asked yourself why “ME”? Does this question come to mind when you look around and others appear to have it all together? Are you dealing with a habit or addiction you wish you could be free from once and for all? How do you feel about your self-worth and self-esteem? If these are questions and feelings you have felt/feel and would like to find answers to, please come and let’s find solutions together. I’m drawn to this work due to my own experiences in life that left me destitute, alone, and with nothing of any emotional, physical, or spiritual value.

We have therapists with years of experience who are certified in DBT & EMDR.

Like our coaches, our therapists are hand-picked, well trained, and dedicated. We have male and female therapists that we specifically match with each client based on needs and past experience so everyone is comfortable.

They truly are the experts that will equip your young adult with all the tools and “gear” necessary to scale their mountains and reach their goals.

Our contracted therapists are certified in DBT & EMDR. All are licensed therapists with years of experience. Our therapists are able to create a safe space where an adult child is heard and able to share. Give your young adults space to address and work through trauma, fear, depression, and anxiety that has held them back.

This gives the young adult the clarity and the footing to begin confidently walking forward and increasing their capacity.
